Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TXU0104
Hello, I use TSX0104 as slave to communicate with another circuit board for SPI,TXS0104 as signal input. The other circuit is the output signal of the host, which is isolated by TLP293-4 (ordinary optical coupler) and can only be output in a single direction. When the two boards are connected to each other for communication, the signal will appear a burr equal to the level at 1/4 of the rising edge, which will be misjudged as the rising edge signal in signal recognition. When the output circuit of the host is replaced with TLP2168 (high-speed optocoupler), the burr disappears.
May I ask why this problem occurs when TXS0104 and TLP293-4 are used together? How to solve it?
If TIP293-4 on the motherboard does not change, whether TI has other chips of the same type can achieve this function. And TXS0104 the same chip package, please recommend?
Looking forward to your reply!
