SN74LVC1G123: Reference levels tolerance of Cext/Rext?

Part Number: SN74LVC1G123

Hi Everyone,

I need to know the reference levels tolerance of the Cext/Rext pin which trigger the output to high or low.

I want to make a precise pulses (500ns +- 20ns of tolerance) and I need to know how precise those reference levels are.

this picture is not from the datasheet but it is to illustrate which reference levels i am talking about (Vref L, Vref H)

Thank you

  • There are no guarantees. (And it is assumed that the capacitor tolerances are so large that trying to achieve precision would be pointless.)

If you want precision, use a counter (nowadays, a microcontroller) based on an oscillator with known tolerances.
