May I know if there is any concern to use Vcc = 1.8V, and A/B might use different amplitude? e.g. A(H) = 1.8V, but B(H) = 3.3V?

This device can tolerate input voltages above Vcc as long as they are within the maximum input voltage. Additionally, please see the following [FAQ] Can the input voltage (Vi) to my logic device be higher than the supply voltage (Vcc)?
