I would like to know why the automotive version of the SN74LVC2G14 is only rated from -40 to 85C when the non-inverting, automotive version (SN74LVC2G17-Q1) is rated from -40 to 125C. Is this a documentation mistake?
Thanks

The standard parts were only characterized -40 to 85. I cant speak for the automotive parts.
Automotive parts are normally -40 to 125C. I need the automotive temp range for my application and I was hoping to use this particular part but the datasheet seems to conflict with the general standard. I see no real different between the standard part and the automotive part.
