SN54SLC8T245-SEP: What is the allowed time the product can be exposed to the peak solder temperature?

Hi Experts

I see the from the product folder that the peak reflow solder temperature is 260C.

Is there some documentation on the time allowed, or the recommended solder temperature profile for the package?

Hi Jim,

Please see page 5, figure 2, of AN-2029 Handling and Process Recommendations (Rev. H) for the recommended solder time at peak temperature. Duration for within 5ºC of peak temperature: 30 seconds.
