TXU0101: What is a pull-down resistor of OE pin and Input A pin?

Hi, TXU0101 support team

I want to use under the following condition.

• VCCA=1.8V and VCCB=3.3V
• Rising time of output signal < 50mV/ns
• Uni-direction

Here are some questions;

1.  There are a pull-down resistor on OE pin and Input A pin as shown in the following diagram. What is these internal resistor value?
2. Can OE pin be pulled-up via 10kohm resistor?
