we use SN74LVC1G3208 with 3.3v power source. it always is damaged.
can we use input 5v voltage level for it ?

Yes, you can use 5 V input signals; see [FAQ] Can the input voltage (Vi) to my logic device be higher than the supply voltage (Vcc)?
Damage is usually caused by a voltage or current that exceeds the absolute maximum ratings. Please show the schematic, and tell us if the signals could be influenced by any noise source or be touched by humans.
thanks. from the 1G3208 datasheet, it do not have the clamping diode.
the input control signal SW_BAT_ON_CTRL and BAT_ON_EN are all from 3.3v MCU.
the input HW_BAT_ON_CTRL is 5V level
What kind of filter? What do you want to filter out that cannot be handled by the comparator's hysteresis?
The SN74LVC1G3208 requires fast input edges.
