Double confirm with you about customer MB design, we use LSF0204 for application to use for SPI signal from 1.8V(A-side) to 3.3V(B-side),

It means that this is up translation, so we need to keep the current design which had the pull-up resistors for the SPI interface what you recommends, as shown below green parts, right?

    Yes, uptranslation requires pull-up resistors at the outputs. (Please note that the 1.8 V devices must be able to drive the current through the pull-up resistors.)

    Be prepared for pull-ups at the low-voltage side for more robust signals.
