SN74LVC1G123: Max Latch Time

Hi Team, 

I want to use this IC in my design to latch an interrupt for 1 second.

The input voltage is 1.8V (and so is the interrupt nominal voltage), and the capacitance graph only goes to 10^6 pF.

I want to use R_L of 200kOhm, and a 10uF cap (10^7 pF) - is there a limit on the C_ext pin for maximaum output capacitance?

Please, advice.

    The SN74LVC1G123 itself does not have a limit. But larger capacitors tend to have larger leakage currents, and if the leakage is larger than the current through the resistor, then the capacitor will never actually charge.
