Hi Team,

I see that this device can have a Vcc of up to 3.6V.

for the logic input the recommended operation is 2.7V (Vcc)

can this device work with 3.3V logic input? why dose it is limited to 2.7V?

Do you have a different recommendation?

A supply of 3.3 V is inside the absolute maximum ratings, so the device will not be damaged.
But a 3.3 V supply it outside the recommended operating conditions, so the electrical characteristics (or even correct operation) are no longer guaranteed.

Consider the SN74AUP1G32, SN74AHC1G32, or SN74LVC1G32.

Hi,

looking for OR gate with this parameters:

VCC Supply - 3.3V
Vih >=1.65V (our input is 1.8V)
Small tpd as possible

All PNs you send are with Vih:

SN74AUP1G32 - 2V min

SN74AHC1G32 - 2.1V min

SN74LVC1G32 - 2V min

Such a low switching threshold requires a level shifter, i.e., SN74AUP1T32 or SN74LV1T32.

Yes, you are right.

I'm trying to create some sort of voltage translator but with or option also:

i would also need very low Tpd for low latency on the chain.
