SN74S140: Thermal Resistance Junction to Board

Part Number: SN74S140

I am looking for the thermal resistance from junction to ground and the maximum junction temperature for the SN74S140D. These were not listed in the datasheet that is provided.

    Hi Ronald,

    I submitted a thermal request ticket for this. The turnaround time for this is generally 2 weeks. I will update you on this thread when I get the information back.

    Here are the thermals below: 

    Result- Theta JA-High K (standard datasheet value) 108.5
    Result-Theta JC, top (standard datasheet value) 64.9
    Result-Theta JB (standard datasheet value) 64.4
    Result- Psi JT (standard datasheet value) 24.9
    Result- Psi JB (standard datasheet value) 64.0
    Result-Theta JC, bottom (standard datasheet value) n/a
