I have an 3.3V oscillator (LVCMOS), I need to convert to 2.5V clock (~63MHz)
1. can I use this device?
2. what will be the output jitter (addative I guess)?
1. Yes. But the SN74AXC1T45 is optimized for the lower voltage that you are using.
2. < 1 ns typical, but there is no guarantee. (To minimize the jitter, use a fast translator. The AXC is fastest.)
