Is there p2p compatible one with new process as the Lead time of old one is not good?  Pls recommend . Thanks

    I guess you are referring to the SOIC package?

    The CD74HC165, SN74HCS165, SN74HCS165-Q1, and SN74LV165A are available. The CD74HC is the same, but just as old. The HCS devices are new, with Schmitt-trigger inputs. The LV-A has different electrical characteristics (higher drive strength, no input clamping diodes).
