I notice the R_θ(JA) value does not match the SN74LVC2G34 rev J datasheet, which gives a value of 259°C/W vs. 250.2.

Is 250.2 the latest value?

Good catch. This data is from September 2015 and it looks like rev J was in October of that same year. I've submitted a new ticket for the thermal data just to verify. Please give me 1-2 weeks to get back to you.
