SN74LVC8T245: output takes 10s to be 0V when power off

Part Number: SN74LVC8T245
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74LVC1G125

Hi team,

customer use SN74LVC8T245 with A as input and B as output, OE is grounded. VCCA=3.3V, VCCB=5V. When power off VCCA and VCCB, we found that it will take 10s that output reach to 0V. During 10s, output and VCCB remain around 0.8V. And we also tested SN74LVC1G125, it takes 100ms that output reach to 0V. You may refer to below waveform.  Yellow waveform is input signal. Green one is output signal. Blue one is VCCB.

I checked that Ioff of SN74LVC8T245 is 1uA and Ioff of LVC1G125 is 10uA. I was wondering if the difference of Ioff lead to it. Could you pls help to analyze the reason why after power off, output and VCCB still remain small voltage level? Thanks a lot!
