SN74AVC4T245: SN74AVC4T245DGVR drop in required

Hi,

For one of our current design ;which is in production, we are using SN74AVC4T245DGVR which is out of stock (Qty required: 2.3K).

Hence, we identified the alternate as "SN74AVCH4T245DGVR", but as per the datasheet it says it has bus hold circuitry and an external pull up pull down should not be connected.

Can we use above alternate as a drop in? If not; can you please suggest suitable drop in replacement?

Hi Michael,

SN74AXC4T245 - is not available with 16-TVSOP package. Since design is in production, ic package cannot be changed.

Can you please suggest drop in with 16TVSOP package?

Unfortunately, I do not find any other 4 ch 16TVSOP package options.

If you do not care about the bus-hold feature, you may also use the SN74AVCH4T245DGVR option, thanks.
