TXB0104-Q1: IOL and IOH values

Part Number: TXB0104-Q1

Hello Team,

Need your help to know the values for TXB0104QPWRQ1. Can you please check the values and IOL,IOH, IIL IIH, current parameters of level translator. The tests are made with +/-20uA, but is there a limit for the regular operation conditions?

Could you let me know is it suitable for TTL and LVTTL loads?
Also, for the application that my customer is working on, if you could suggest any bidirectional level translator. They want to convert, 5V to 3.3V and vice versa. How does the currents affect the drivers and receivers?

Thanks in advance, Needhu

  • Hey Needhu,

The current IOL/IOH values (20uA) are the maximum drive strength that the device is able to provide while supporting the electrical characteristics specified in the datasheet.

What is the customer using this device for to interface between the driver and the receiver? Note that auto-bidirectional translators in our portfolio (TXB, TXS, LSF family devices) do not provide sufficient drive strength on their own, and also if more drive strength is needed for their application, please refer to direction-controlled/ fixed direction translators.

    Regards,

    Jack
