Is there a direct pin-2-pin compatible for this part with higher drive and rate?

No. The TXB030x already is the higher-rate version of the TXB010x. The TXB needs a high output impedance so that other devices can override the signal voltage; decreasing the output impedance further would increase the required drive strength of external devices to more than 3 mA, which is already hard for low-voltage devices.

You have not mentioned what protocol you are using. If your signal actually are unidirectional, you can use the TXU0104/TXU0204/TXU0304.

This is for I2S with bidirectional and it's not capable of driving the audio precision digital cable.

Have you have such requirement, what do you suggest?

I²S is not bidirectional. All I²S signals are unidirectional.

Please specify the two devices that you are connecting. Please show the schematic.

No, I2S can be controller or target. Here is the schematic just for the translator. Both sides go to a connector.

I would suggest the SN74AXC4T774.

If you do not have direction control signals, then there is no good solution.
