SN74AVC8T245-Q1: internal delamination of the device

We purchased more than 5,000 chips in May，2023 from mouser， and C-mode Scanning Acoustic Microscope revealed that most of the devices had internal delamination.May I ask what is the reason for this？Whether it is a product defect？

PS：we sent  4178pcs for CSA,and 4178pcs are failed.
