My customer is asking for the max lead thickness for the VSSOP package. DS only lists Typical (0.13).

Thank you. Customer is very precise on stuff like this. Do we have ANY measurements for MAX? Also, for the link you sent, are those values also TYP?

They are specifically asking, "I am not looking for the lead finish thickness, but the lead thickness itself. I believe TI will have a control spec for that.
