Hi,
What would happen if leave open one of channel B of SN74GTL2014 ?
Any leakage would happen ? Any prevention to be taken ?

Unused I/O pins can be left open; see [FAQ] What should be done with unused I/O pins of the level translator devices? (The SN74GTL2014 is an LSF device.)
Unused inputs must be connected to a valid logic voltage.
ok. SN74GTL2014 unused input can be left open.
As we have SN74GTL2014 connect to SN74AXC8T245 , hence we will have pull up to VCC for unused input of SN74AXC8T245 .
Could you comment / feedback whether any problem seen with this implementation ?
Sorry; I had confused the GTL2014 with the GTL2003. Both devices, the GTL and the AXC, need valid voltages at their inputs.
A pull-up resistor will work. You need a pull-up only for inputs that are not driven by another device, i.e., you do not need one for an input that is connected to an active output (such as an output of the GTL2014).
hi Clemens,
Since both GTL 2014 and AXC need valid voltage at their input & i have output of GTL2014 connect to AXC, so I just need a pull up at input of GTL2014. And, I do not need pull up at input of AXC ( output of GTL2014). Correct ?
