All SNx4xx14 and SNx4xx08 devices have the same pinout.

There are many more modern logic families, but they have different electrical characteristics. If these ACT devices were chosen for their particular characteristics (high drive strength, 5 V supply, TTL-compatible inputs), then there is no identical replacement.

The SN54AHCT14 is somewhat more modern, but I do not know if its lower drive strength matters in your application.
