What is the Fan out/Fan in for this IC? Parallel system has both Bi-Level inputs and outputs.

    The impedance of CMOS inputs is so high that specifying the fanout would not make sense (how would you connect 24000 inputs to one output?). In practice, the first bottleneck would be additional capacitance of all the inputs and traces, limiting the maximum speed.
