Could you help check and advise the difference between SN74LVC8T245-EP and SN74LVC8T245-Q1?

Except the operating temperature range, is there any other difference?

If the temperature range is accepted, can we use SN74LVC8T245QPWRQ1 to replace SN74LVC8T245MPWREP directly?

The chip itself appears to be identical. The main difference is testing/qualification; Q1 is automotive, EP is high reliability/military. (See the qualification summary on ti.com/quality-reliability-packaging-download/report?opn=SN74LVC8T245QPWRQ1.)

Hello Cecilia,

SN74LVC8T245-EP and SN74LVC8T245-Q1 devices are very similar. The main difference is EP goes through a different manufacturing flow than Q1 since EP devices will be used in either military applications or avionics.
