Hello,

I am wondering how does SN74GTL2003 will work under the following condition.

I was wondering whether to install a pull-up resistor on the high side and low side in bidirectional translation, up translation and down translation when the low side is 1.5V and the high side is 1.8V?

    The SN74GTL2003 is basically the same as the LSF0108.

    For when to add pull-ups, see section 5.2 of the LSF application note.

    Please note that the difference between 1.5 V and 1.8 V is too small to allow the highest speed. (You can connect the 200 kΩ resistor to a higher voltage; it is not required to be the same as the I/O pull-up voltages.)
