I mean, the retention of any data related to this parts (qualification, reliability data.etc). How long do TI maintain that data.

This data should be retained for the product life time especially as an EP device. Is there something in particular that you are looking for?

Our requirements asked for a retention of data of 10 years from supplier. Could it be guaranteed for 10 years at least?

Hi Yarisel,

Yes, that should be guaranteed. Any active part will always have the "Quality, Reliability, Packaging" data page. This goes more into our product lifecycle which you can see at this website: https://www.ti.com/support-quality/quality-policies-procedures/product-life-cycle.html

It will generally be 10-15 years, however, EP devices will most likely be longer as we have some that are at 20-30 years now.
