Dear Team,

I have a question about SN74LVC2G125:
OE is L, VCC=5V, when the A port is 3.3V high level, is the Y port a 5V high level?

The minimum guaranteed V_IH is 3.5 V. So this is not guaranteed to work.

Use a device with TTL-compatible inputs like the SN74AHCT1G125, or a level shifter like the SN74LV1T125.

Hi Jimmy,

No. At VCC = 5V, the VIH min is 0.7*VCC = 3.5V. A is in between the VIH min and VIL max and can potentially damage the device; the Y port MIGHT register as a logic high but this performance is dubious and not guaranteed.
