Is there a Spice model available for this configurable logic gate? The page for this component only includes an IBIS model, which I do not believe is compatible with SIMetrix. Thanks.

Hi Kevin,

Unfortunately there is not a Spice model for this. The configurable logic gates get a bit complicated to simulate. What is your need for the model and are we able to help in any other way?

Thanks for the response. Are there any equivalent models for this device in a specific configuration? I'm looking to simulate with this part as a two input NAND gate, and as an inverter. Are there any equivalent Spice models for these configurations, or equivalent parts you could point to that would accurately simulate the performance of the SN74AUP1T98 in those configurations?
