SN74HC368: ESD data for SN74HC151NSR

Dear Sir/madam,

I read from https://e2e.ti.com/support/logic-group/logic/f/logic-forum/1043837/sn74hc368-esd-level , that TI going to update ESD data on HBM and CDM around this period?

End customer cannot accept the feedback on " HC family will generally have 4 kV HBM and 2 kV CDM, though if it is not in the datasheet, we cannot guarantee that ESD specification."

Do you have a official confirmation for HBM and CDM for SN74HC151NSR device?

Hi Poh,

We don't have this information because these devices are very old. They have not been tested for. There's not much more we can say other than give the general family ESD.

Could you pls provide the ESD data? (Generally is also OK) The customer is asking for ESD date.

Hi,

For the HC family the genera ESD will be 4 kV HBM and 2 kV CDM
