My customer is using our TXB0108PWR now.

And in a new project, they need a 200MHz data rate.

Could you please kindly help check if we have a p2p device with a 200MHz data rate?

There is no P2P device.

The TXB0304 has a higher data rate than the TXB0104, but requires more drive strengh at its inputs.

If you have unidirectional signals, use a unidirectional or direction-controlled translator.
