1.What is the function of the capacitance between VDD and VCC？If it is a filtering effect, it should be connected at both ends of VDD and GND.
2.We all know that capacitors have the function of isolating direct current, so if connected as shown in the first figure, the chip should not have power supply.
3.When I connected a 0.1UF capacitor between VDD and VCC, the chip output was abnormal, as shown in the following figure. When I directly connect the VDD to the VCC, the output is normal. (CH1 is the chip input, CH2 is the chip output)
