For the sn74avch16t245, I see there is quite a range of values for propagation delay.  I've also noted E2E threads indicating that channel-to-channel in the same device the delay is <1ns, and perhaps it's best to choose and load parts from the same lot. etc.  In addition to propagation delay variability, part to part, is there any jitter associated with the delay variability in a part?  Meaning, is the propagation delay static for the part, or does it move around with time, temperature, aging?

    The datasheet would hold true across process with no variability outside the specified.

    For the <1ns, I believe you are referring to the skew between outputs.

    For both skew (between outputs) and propagation delay (between an input and an output), it will be mainly dependent on temperature, process, voltage, load etc but would be consistent if these factors are consistent.

    Level shifter datasheets typically specify propagation delay across these factors, but typically do not specify skew.

    The TXV datasheets (only 6ch and 8ch options) are mainly the only devices with specified skew thus far.
