Hello,
Can you provide limits for the output transition time (or output slew rate) across process and temperature variations for the 1.8-V supply range?

Hello,
Can you provide limits for the output transition time (or output slew rate) across process and temperature variations for the 1.8-V supply range?
For this part at 1.8V we get ROL = 95 and ROH = 98 from linear interpolation
tLH(max) = 98 Ω * 50 pF * 2 = 4.75 ns
tHL(max) = 95 Ω * 50 pF * 2 = 4.9 ns
Take the largest value.
Best,
Malcolm
Thanks Malcolm,
I expect that is a good estimate to work from.
Can you provide some output curves, either from the bench or simulation, to correlate to the calculated values?
Here are simulation curves from the IBIS model:
Red is strong/fast corner time and blue is weak/slow corner time.
Both corners are slowest on the rising edge with the slow corner having a delay of 8.49 ns and the fast corner having a delay of 2.16 ns.
