Hello,

Our customer is looking for a logic inverter that supports slow input transitions (10us to 1ms transition time) similar to the SN74AHC1G14-Q1. Perhaps the datasheet is in error, but it shows that there is a transition time limit:

Can you recommend an automotive qualified single inverter that supports very slow input transitions at 3.3-V supply?

This is an error in the datasheet; Schmitt-trigger inputs do not have a Δt/Δv limit.

Yes, this is a datasheet error. Schmitt Trigger devices do not have an input transition rate. We will correct this.
