use 74s140 to drive a 50 ohm receiver ?

Hi Experts

I have a Photo-diode integrated with IC which gives a TTL output. the frequency is 50M.
Right now, I can see the output through a probe to a oscilloscope(1M input impedance).
But for measuring the Bit error rate , I have to output this signal to the receiver which has a 50ohm input impedance.(through a 50ohm cable which has two BNC ports)

someone suggests me to use 74S140, but I  check the date sheet,  i don't  need this  4 input NAND  logic.

So any other suggestions ? Or  can I just use a unity gain amplifier ?

Besides, for the purpose of measuring the Bit error rate, the delay should smaller than 500 ps.
