TXB0102: Iq Supply Verification

Part Number: TXB0102
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TXB0108

Hey team,

I have a customer trying to verify quiescent supply currents against the datasheet and confused on observed high current. Full question below

"We are trying to verify the quiescent (no input signals) supply currents against the data sheet specs using an EVB. Attached shows the measurement setup. I am surprised that the VCCA (1.8V) current is in the order of a few hundred of uA when OE is tied to ground. Compared with the datasheet test condition, the input and output are all open in our case whereas the datasheet seems to say it needs to be either at Vcc or ground. Can you let me know if this difference causes the observed high current? If so, how?"

Thanks in advance!

Marco
