Hi team,

My customer has question about the device output when Vcc is lower than 2V.

  1. Is the guarantee of the Ioff function (output pin Hi-Z) applied only to VCC = 0V?
  2. If the above recognition is correct, what is the state of the output pin at VCC = 0 to 2V (the lowest value of the operating supply voltage)?
