Hi Team,

For SI analysis, we are in need of S-parameter for the part SN74AVC1T45DBVR. We can't able to find the S-parameter of that part at ti.com.

Where we can get the S-parameter for that part?

    Hi Sam,

    S-parameters describe linear electrical networks, such as analog switches.

    However, the device is a buffered device and highly nonlinear, without S parameter associated with its use.

    To simulate the device's behavior when switching, please use the provided IBIS model on ti.com, thanks.
