    Hi Ishii-san,

    Apologies for missing the emails on this. Must have missed it on accident. 

    Are you just looking for the LVC245A Die attach and mold compound?

    It should be the same as others Henkel QMI505 for Die attach

    Sumitomo EME-- for Mold compound. 

    All the blue information looks correct
