CD4504B: 3.3 V to 15 V Translator with CD 4504

Hello

I am looking for a Low to High ( 3.3 V to 15 V ) Translator with at least 10 mA Source & Sink

capability for Interface between our DSP and IGBT Drivers.

Two / Four or Six Channels are what I am looking for

Because of Source / Sink requirements, Open Coll Darlingtons or Op Drain is not an option.

CD4504 seems one option , but the Data Sheet is not too comfortable with 3.3 V to 15 V,

5 to 15 it seems fine.

Can I use that to comfortably translate the 3.3 V DSP Signals to +15 V ?
