Hi,
What's the input and output impedance of this level translator?
How would I go about matching this translator to (say) a 50-ohm trace. Are there any guidelines on what kind of termination to use on the inputs and outputs?
Thanks,
Navneet
The input impedance is approximately infinite, see [FAQ] What is the impedance of the device's input pin? Is it CMOS or bipolar device?
The output impedance is somewhere between about 10 Ω and 75 Ω, depending on the output supply voltage; see [FAQ] What is the output voltage (VOH or VOL) when the output current is X or the supply voltage is Y?
To terminate a trace, you would typically use a source termination resistor; see [FAQ] What happens when I connect a logic device's output to a 50 ohm transmission line?
