Can we consider that the propagation delays of falling transitions are the same between both component lanes (1 and 2)?

Or is there a significant gap?

Same question for the propagation delays of rising transitions?

The typical skew is < 1 ns. (But there is no guaranteed maximum.)

Only TXV translators (e.g., TXV0106-Q1) have a guaranteed skew.

Clemens, quick follow-up:

Can we consider that the gap on the propagation delays of the falling transitions is equivalent to the gap of rising transitions?

In other words and for instance, in the case where the falling transitions would be faster of 1ns on the lane 1, compared to the lane 2: Would rising transitions be also faster of 1ns on the lane 1, compared to the lane 2?

Yes, CMOS devices are designed to have symmetrical rising and falling edges.
