SN74LXC1T14-Q1: Need to Have 5V Square Wave from 0.8Vpp Clipped Sine Wave TCXO Source

I need an accurate 16MHz 5V square wave clock source as a frequency reference.

Right now I'm currently looking at SN74LXC1T14-Q1 to translate the TCXO output from clipped sine wave 0.8Vpp to 5V Square wave.

But as I read the forum posts I'm starting to think maybe I'd need a comparator too, like TLV3201

Can I get a suggestion for this applications?

Below is the datasheet of the TCXO I'm using

the part number is TG2520SMN 16.0000M-MCGNNM3

0.8 Vpp is not a valid logic signal, so you indeed need a comparator. (And the datasheet wants an AC coupling capacitor, so you also need biasing.)

At 16 MHz, the length of a pulse is 31.25 ns, so the propagation delay should be shorter. The TLV3201 might be just fast enough (with enough overdrive), but also consider a faster device like the LMV7219.

the site I am looking to get this board assembled don't have too much stock of LMV7219. Currently I'm looking at TLV3501, is that also a viable option ?

Yes; 4.5 ns is smaller than 31 ns.

Hi, I've tried to make the schematics for me to mess around with the components before assembling the PCB, would this be enough to get a 5V 16 MHz square wave?

You want a power supply line to stay stable, but not a clock signal. C41 would filter out the signal.
