Currently we are using this buffer SN74AUP1G17DBVR in our design, it supports input supply Voltage range from 0.8V to 3.6V.

We need a buffer part which is capable of supplying 0.75V , any voltage range which can give this supply voltage (0.75v) is also fine.

Kindly provide us the part number for this buffer which can give 0.75V ASAP.

TI does not make any logic device (or discrete MOSFET) that is guaranteed to work at 0.75 V.

You should use a higher supply voltage. Where does this limit come from?

Our signal levels are 0.75V , so trying to get buffer which supports this voltage

What is the desired output voltage? If you want the same voltage as the input, you could use an analog op-amp.

Desired output voltage is also 0.75V. and it is a digital signal 100MHz.

There are no rail-to-rail opamps that are fast enough for this.

(And at 0.8 V, the fastest logic device would support only 50 MHz.)
