SN74AUC1G14: Looking for device or scheme of high frequency inverter & buffer

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am looking for a device that contains both of an inverter and a buffer with idential delay.

The background is that I have a high frequency PWM signal (several MHz) and I want to obtain an invertering logic signal but with nearly idential timing (non-isolated). Therefore, I think both of an inverter and a buffer with identical delay parameters will benefit. Is there any device or other approaches recommended ?
