LSF0108: There will be leakage when VREF_B is earlier

Hi Team，

Customer use LSF0108 for GPIO level shift(1.8V to 3.3V), since there will be leakage issue when VREF_B is earlier, could you pls suggest a solution? Is TXB0108 an option? Thanks!

    Hey Hailiang,

    The leakage current from VREFB to VREFA is expected during normal operation with the device, which will be limited by the 200Kohm resistor. 

    For GPIO level shifting applications, you may see fixed direction/ direction controlled translators as shown in this link here. Please let us know if there are any additional system careabouts (i.e data rate, specific timing parameters, required drive strength, etc.)
