SN74AXC8T245: Can the I/O ports of SN74AXC8T245 be added with pull-up or pull-down resistors?

1、Whether the I/O ports at both ends of the chip can be added with pull-up resistors or pull-down resistors?(just like below figure);Some IO ports need to be given a high/low level voltage initial state.

2、Could you show me the Internal structure of SN74AXC8T245?

1. Yes; you can put pull-up/-down resistors on all inputs and outputs.

Hi Hanbo,

In addition to Clemen's feedback, please also see https://e2e.ti.com/support/logic-group/logic/f/logic-forum/1101096/faq-why-is-there-a-voltage-offset-at-the-input-of-the-sn74axcxtxxx-device as the device already has weak internal pulldowns of about 280 kohms. Hence, may have no need for additional pull-downs.

Further note that the datasheet's are being revised to include the pull-down information, thanks.
