Hi TI,

We use SN74HCS273PWR to develop product currently, but the MTTFd parameter is required for reliability verification.

Would you like provide MTTFd of SN74HCS273PWR ?

    Hi Cayden,

    If you want MTTFD you have to request functional safety documentation. Instructions on how to do so are located on our internal forum. Otherwise all we can provide is MTBF and the FIT rate from the FIT rate estimator.
