弊社製品の温度特性検査にて御社のICを使ってます
汎用 (general purpose) IC 74HC125、74HC138、74HC541
温度範囲はマイナス４０度からプラス９０度です (temp range is -40 to +90 C)
数年でICの交換が必要となる為、対策として (as a countermeasure, the IC will need to be replaced in a few years)
耐熱仕様のICが無いか調査してます (investigating if there is an IC with heat-resistant specifications)
耐熱仕様があればご紹介ください (if you have heat-resistant specifications, let me know)
また槽内温度が高い場合の温度対策をご教示いただけるとありがたいです
