SN74ACT00: What is the max junction temperature of the device?

I see the datasheet that only max Ta is described, but no max Tj, so I want to know that what is the max Tj of the device?

Also, SN74ACT14 and SN74ACT08 also has this problem.

Hi Bowen,

The maximum junction temperature for logic devices is 150C.
